Anya Parker is the perfect example of a hard worker. She is a single mother,  salon owner, volunteers for several nonprofits, and the Founder of Zion Natural Hair and Body Products. Anya is no stranger to leadership, organizing communities, and takes great pride in being called a community organizer.  Anya created the very first product in her kitchen in 2016. She silently reworked the formula and brand until she was ready to release to the public in 2023. 

For the past twenty years as the owner of “Touch of Paris Hair Salon,” she has educated clients on strategies to maintain healthy hair and bodies as well as mentor novice stylists on how to build better business models. While she has a lucrative career in the hair and beauty industry, Anya’s passion for politics and education has directed her back into higher education to pursue a degree in Political Science. She truly believes “It is never too late” and that “There is always learning to do.” 

Anya is no stranger to diving headfirst into community efforts and engagement. Anya wants to create the change that she wants to see in her community. Our Company Zion will provide opportunities by employing future partners to our family and building better lives and legacy for African American families. Our organization will focus on the whole person and provide assistance with education, economics, health, wellness, and social justice. Zion is more than a company but a lifestyle for excellence. Anya’s passion for healthy hair care and the love of her community has led her to a path to open doors for others.​
